Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Research Manager to join our team in New Delhi. The Research Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and executing custom market research projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of insights and solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in market research, ad-hoc studies, project management, and client engagement. The incumbent would report to the Project Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of end-to-end project management, from planning and design to execution and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, timeline and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to design research methodologies, sampling design, questionnaires and survey instruments tailored to client objectives.

- Execute ad-hoc/custom research studies as required by clients and address unique business challenges.
- Prepare detailed research reports, presentations and visualizations that effectively communicate research findings and recommendations.
