| The project involved assessment of functioning of Delhi Vidyut Board from consumer perspective. The study involved assessment of satisfaction levels, user opinion on meter connection, new meters, billing process, faulty meter replacement, willingness to pay, availability of guidelines, reliability and availability of supply, consumer grievances. The study also evaluated consumer's willingness to pay in addition to evaluating administration related issues, and corrupt practices. The study provided inputs for improvement in functioning of Delhi Vidyut Board and framing the communication strategy. |
